Swizz and Aliciaโ€™s divorce rumors kicked off the internet this summer after a YouTuber known as MissTee claimed that Swizz cheated on Alicia fathering a child outside their marriage which led to Alicia filing for divorce.

According to MissTee, the story originated from social media which has since gone viral with many affirming that the couple were headed for a divorce.

How They Met

Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys bumped into each other in the 1990s before reconnecting in 2008.

This was followed by their engagement and their first pregnancy announcement two years later and their subsequent marriage in July 2010.

The celebrity couple share two children together, Egypt Daoud and Genesis Ali, while Swizz has three other children from his previous relationships, Prince Nasir, Kasseem Jr. and Nicole.

In July, Alicia celebrated her 15-year marriage to Beatz with a heartwarming tribute crafted with lyrics on social media.
