Cebbie Koks, born Elseba Awuor Kokeyo, has emotionally mourned the former Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno.

The veteran politician died on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 80.

According to his family, Otieno had been undergoing treatment at a hospital in Nairobi.

Shortly after his death was announced, Cebbie took to social media to pen an emotional tribute to the fallen ex-legislator.
