Daikin, a global leader in air conditioning manufacturing, has officially opened its new office in Nairobi, located on the 8th floor of One Africa Place.
The new office features a state-of-the-art showroom designed to showcase Daikinโs product innovations and solutions while serving as a platform to reinforce the companyโs commitment to quality and excellence in the HVAC market. It will also support marketing and promotional activities for Daikinโs wide range of products.
Speaking at a press briefing in Nairobi, Mr. KJ Jawa, CMD of Daikin India and Board Member of DIL, emphasized the companyโs strategy to adopt a more aggressive approach in Africa. He noted that the new office represents a significant step toward strengthening Daikinโs efforts to capture a larger share of the continentโs HVAC market.

Mr. Junichi Omori, General Manager of Daikinโs Global Operations Division, expressed confidence in the companyโs ability to accelerate its expansion across Africa. He added that the Nairobi office highlights Daikinโs mission to enhance its market share and industry leadership.
