Kenyan socialite and businesswoman Vera Sidika has once again set social media abuzz after revealing that she is in New York for a breast augmentation surgery.

The mother of two disclosed on her Instagram stories that she is undergoing the cosmetic procedure, popularly known as a boob job, to restore her body after the effects of motherhood.

Vera explained that breastfeeding her two children, who are just a year apart, took a significant toll on her body.

“In New York for a boob job. Getting breast surgery sweethearts, we officially say bye bye to the fallen soldiers. I’ve been planning to do this for years, but in 2022 my son’s pregnancy paused it,” she wrote.

While she admitted that her breasts may appear fine to the public eye, she insisted that they have never been the same since childbirth.

“My boobs may look okay but they really ain’t. Motherhood ain’t easy after breastfeeding two kids back-to-back, who are just a year apart. They are never the same,” she added.

Vera, well-known for her bold personality and luxurious lifestyle, has been open about her cosmetic procedures in the past. She previously admitted to undergoing butt enlargement surgery, later shocking fans when she revealed she had a reversal in 2022.

Her latest decision has once again drawn mixed reactions online, with some fans applauding her honesty and others questioning the pressures of beauty standards.
