SunCulture is seeking a Field Engineer based in Nyahururu, Nyandarua County, Kenya to join its Engineering team.

The Field Engineer will report to the Engineering Team Lead and play a critical role in ensuring that SunCultureโ€™s innovative solar-powered irrigation and water solutions are delivered and maintained efficiently. This role involves conducting technical surveys, managing installations, providing after-sales services, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of product support.

Beyond installations, the Field Engineer will serve as a product knowledge champion, mentor, and problem solver. This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
