The National Police Service Commission (NPSC), in collaboration with the National Police Service (NPS), invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to join the service as Police Constables. This nationwide recruitment drive is anchored in the Constitution of Kenya Articles 246(3), 246(4), 243, and 238(d)(10), as well as provisions of the National Police Service Commission Act Cap 85 and the National Police Service Act Cap 84.

Successful recruits will undergo mandatory professional training at the National Police Service Training Colleges. This training will focus on law enforcement, crime prevention, investigations, community policing, traffic management, and use of modern policing technologies.
