Lewis Singwah Tan, born on February 4, 1987, in Salford, Greater Manchester, England, is a British-American actor, martial artist, and model.
The son of Philip Tan, a Chinese Singaporean martial artist, actor, and stunt coordinator, and Joanne Cassidy, a retired British fashion model, Lewis was exposed to the worlds of performance and physical discipline from a young age.
His family relocated to Los Angeles when he was one, following his fatherโs appointment as a fight coordinator for Tim Burtonโs 1989 film Batman.
Growing up in a creative and diverse environment, with stints living in China, France, and Spain, Lewis developed a global perspective that informs his work.
