Kenyan comedian Flaqo has revealed that he reclaimed the Nissan Note worth KSh 650,000 that he had gifted his ex-girlfriend, content creator Winnie Keranta, on her 22nd birthday.

Speaking in an interview with Oga Obinna, Flaqo explained that the car was legally registered in his name.

“Ile gari ilikuwa kwa jina yangu, and there was no way I could leave the car behind… The car was a convenient gift to my girlfriend; there is no ex there, one’s ex appears its X,” he said.

He revealed that while he took back the Nissan Note, all other gifts he had given Winnie remained with her.

This revelation has reignited online discussions around expensive gifts in relationships and whether they should be returned after a split.
