Tanzanian actress and former beauty queen Wema Sepetu is facing backlash from netizens after revealing that she will be turning 35 years old this Sunday.

Taking to her Instagram, Wema shared her stunning photo with a brief caption noting her transition to 35 years old.

“I’m turning 35 years old this Sunday,” she wrote alongside graceful emojis, capturing her gratitude.

Following the new development, netizens thronged Wema’s commentary with affirmations that she’s lying about her age.

According to netizens, Wema is much older than 35 years.

Additionally, a section went as far as noting that they watched Wema on television during her heyday while they were still in school only to be fooled that she has since grown younger than them.

Subsequently, netizens speculated about Wema’s age while pointing at her 2006 crowning as Miss Tanzania, which catapulted her to the Bongo Movie success.
