President William Rutoโ€™s aide, Farouk Kibet, has today held a consultative meeting at the home of the United Democratic Alliance party aspirant Simon Kangwana who lost in the recent party primaries calling on his supporters to rally behind the winner David Ndakwa.

Kibet, who was accompanied by members of county assembly from the area in a Thanksgiving ceremony held at Muriola village of Manda/Shivanga ward, hit out at the opposition Eugene Wamalwa and George Natembeya saying they have nothing to offer to Kenyans but are out to seek attention for personal gains.

He also rallied the electorates in supporting the reelection of President William Ruto for the second term while promising that the year 2032 favours the luhya community.

He also took a swipe at the Democratic Action party of Kenya Alliance candidate Seth Panyako whom he said was just too abusive and cannot even extend a helping hand to his own people in the area who are in dire need of social and economical support.

Kibet gave Kshs.1million towards the construction of a staffroom while at the same time promising to pay fees for over 100 students of Namagara secondary school.

The party had four candidates who participated in nominations, among them lawyer Leornard Shimaka and the son to the late mp Rhyan Injendi.

A by-election is set for November 27th, 2025, to replace the late Malava member of Parliament Malulu Injendi, who died early this year after a short illness.
