Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz marked his birthday with an outpouring of affection from fans, family, and fellow artists. But the most heartfelt tribute came from his partner and fellow singer, Zuchu, who went all out to celebrate the special day.

Taking to social media, Zuchu penned a moving message filled with admiration and playful affection. She described Diamond as the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) while showering him with a string of affectionate titles in both Swahili and English.

Her list included endearing phrases such as “Boss,” “Hero,” “Kiboko yangu,” “Mentor wangu,” “Msimamizi wangu,” “Danga langu,” “Last say wangu,” “Muchuchu wangu,” and even “boyfriend.” But the most striking was when she publicly referred to him as “Mume wangu” (my husband), underscoring the depth of their bond.

Playfully, she also coined a quirky nickname for him — “my shmugum.”

Beyond the affectionate names, Zuchu kept the tribute lighthearted. She joked about constantly “getting on his nerves,” cheekily declared that he didn’t need gifts because “he already has her,” and ended with a playful warning for him to prepare for their shared future.

“As I promise to hit your head up and get on your last nerve forever, I also want to wish you a happy birthday, my shmugum,” she wrote.
