Kalenjin businessman Pavilion Motiriot has been spotted in a police station.

Motiriot never knew that life would forever change after attending Kutit Culture, which is a celebration of the Kalenjin heritage.

The businessman, who is well known in the Kalenjin entertainment circles, was captured assaulting a young comedian, Bella Comedy.

According to him, Bella had soiled his name despite warning her and at first he wanted to just speak to her at the event.

When he asked her to move to the side, he claims that Bella started screaming and he slapped her.

The video showed Motiriot holding her by the hair and dealing her heavy blows to the lower abdomen.

A video of the businessman in police custody has caught the attention of Kenyans online.

He was seen seated at a police desk as a policeman recorded his statement.

It’s unclear whether he surrendered or the police went after him after several politicians called for his arrest.

His fingerprints were also taken.

Bella had admitted to discussing the businessman in one of her TikTok livestreams.

There was a distasteful rumour concerning Motiriot’s friend Jeff Star, with some claiming there was a keen resemblance between Jeff’s infant and the businessman.

It did not sit well with Motiriot, but Bella argued that it was a trending topic and she wasn’t the only one who spoke about the matter.

The comedian noted that she was surprised when he accused her of soiling his name, yet he never reported her to the police station.
