Following a star-studded, glamorous wedding event, Tanzanian musician Juma Jux has announced the birth of his first child with his wife, Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ajoke Oko.

The celebrity couple announced the news on their social media platforms, which also served to launch their child’s own account, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, which currently boasts 119 thousand followers.

“A special thank you to God for continuous blessings,” Priscilla said.

The baby comes just days after the couple hosted a gender reveal party.

While announcing the pregnancy in July, Juma Jux released a song in his baby’s honour, calling the expected birth a dream come true.

“Every dream I once held close is now unfolding into reality, all because I found my soulmate,” Juma said. “Music has always been my language of emotion, and this song is my deepest expression of love and gratitude.”

Paying tribute to his wife, the “Olulufemi” singer said he loved her “endlessly.”

“It’s [the song] a special dedication to my family, to the woman who changed my world. You’ve made me the happiest man alive. I love you endlessly, and I can’t wait to raise our beautiful children together.”
