Amidst all of this, Jakakimba has thrown a spanner in the works by posting a photo of himself having a meal with Florence. The undated image, shared on Saturday, 23rd August, showed the two seated at a humble yet elegant eatery.

They had plates of ugali, soup, vegetables, and fish before them. They had not yet dug into the meal, and a woman, the owner, stood next to the table.

In the caption, Jakakimba praised the eatery, saying even Florence approved of it.

It’s not clear whether the image was taken before their separation, which has confused social media users. Others have praised Anyango’s fish joint.
