Hanifa has been struggling with chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM), a long-term ear infection that has progressively affected her hearing. The journalist revealed that her condition had worsened, prompting her to seek urgent medical help.

Shortly after, Hanifa updated her followers, revealing that she had finally secured the medical help she desperately needed.
