American YouTuber J Rello, also known as Scott Ensley, has gone viral after making controversial remarks about Nairobi women, triggering outrage across social media.

In a video uploaded midweek, J Rello openly mocked the Kenyan capitalโ€™s nightlife scene, claiming he was disappointed by the women he encountered.

โ€œI canโ€™t believe that God just didnโ€™t bless Kenya with pretty womenโ€ฆ The ratio is not enough to bring guys here,โ€ Rello said.

The comments immediately sparked heated reactions online, with Kenyans rushing to his comment section to clap back. Some U.S. viewers even warned him beforehand that Nairobians wouldnโ€™t take his words lightly.

Instead of retracting his remarks, Rello doubled down, adding that he could not wait to leave the city.

โ€œIโ€™d rather get kicked to the kerb by women in Atlanta than live here,โ€ he added, intensifying the backlash.

The viral video has fueled a heated debate, with Nairobians defending their city and culture against what many have described as โ€œignorantโ€ and โ€œdisrespectfulโ€ comments.

While some dismissed the YouTuberโ€™s rant as a cheap attempt at clout, others noted the recurring trend of foreign influencers criticizing Nairobi nightlife for views.

This is not the first time foreigners have sparked online debates in Kenya. .

As the backlash continues to unfold, social media users have urged Rello to respect the cultures of the countries he visits instead of making blanket insults for entertainment.
