High-flying Kenyan singer and former Sauti Sol frontman Bien brought Eldoret City to a stop with the “Alusa Continua World Tour” on Saturday at the Baniyas Square.

Backed up with a band and a troupe of dancers, Bien delivered a thrilling performance comprising hits from his recent album, including “Alusa Why Are You Topless?” and “All My Enemies Are Suffering,” and previous hits from their boy band Sauti Sol.

With a superstar’s demeanor, Bien was captured donning customized black and white pants, paired with a black vest and stepping on black cowboy boots, not to mention a wristwatch, bracelet, jewelry, and designer sunglasses.

Additionally, Bien livened his performance by joining the choreographers in a routine dance with revelers singing along to his lyrics word by word.

Bien’s Eldoret showpiece comes in the backdrop of his recent European tour, where he made history as the first East African act to perform at a sold-out O2 Arena in London.

Additionally, Bien made inroads by featuring on the most popular radio show, the Breakfast Club, as well as staging a thrilling street performance with DJ AG Online, not to mention teaming up with his longtime buddy and Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy.

While reflecting on his busy schedule and how he recharges, Bien affirmed that he’s always sleeping while travelling and also drinks modestly.

With the Eldoret concert done and dusted, other shows are slated for Meru and Nairobi at a later date.

The world tour will also be going around Africa with Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Malawi, South Sudan, and Zambia, among others.
