He now returns to horror with Final Destination: Bloodlines, co-directed with Adam B. Stein.

The film was officially confirmed for a 2025 release, and received theatrical release early this month. Filming reportedly wrapped in early 2025, with post-production, editing and VFX finalized within the start of the year.

Initially planned as an HBO Max (Max) exclusive, recent reports suggested Warner Bros. was considering a limited theatrical run due to strong test audience reactions. A hybrid release (theatres plus streaming) is also possible, similar to recent WB horror films like Salemโ€™s Lot.
