Grassroots Empowerment: Actively supports youth and women groups by providing chicks and poultry to enhance self-reliance and household incomes.

Economic Empowerment: Established Magaribi Premier Sacco Ltd, an upcoming microfinance institution in Malava with nearly 600 members and over Ksh 40 million in savings.

Installation of two milk coolants in East and South Kabras wards to support dairy farmers and improve incomes.

Upgrading of the Kakunga–Lukume Road to bitumen standards to improve transport, trade, and connectivity.
