Nairobi – President William Ruto has joined Kenyans in mourning the death of former Rongo Member of Parliament Dalmas Otieno Anyango.

Otieno passed away on Sunday, September 7, at a Nairobi hospital, where he had been undergoing treatment for an undisclosed illness.

In his condolence message, Ruto said the former Rongo MP will be remembered for serving the nation with honour and integrity.
