Responding to the numerous corruption scandals being raised in various sectors in the country, Dr. Kinity stated that a time has come that Kenyans need to wake up from slumber and elect leaders of integrity.

He revisited sentiments made by former President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2021 that Kshs. 2 Billion is lost to corruption every day.

According to Dr. Kinity, the same sentiments have been echoed by Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi this year 2025.

Dr. Kinity slammed Lawmaker Oscar Sudi whom a few months ago, boasted publicly that he wore a wrist watch worth Kshs. 17 million ($131,636) and Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Mukomen, who followed suite boasting publicly of wearing a neck tie costing Kshs. 20,000 ($155) neck tie, a pair of shoes that cost Kshs. 80,000 ($619.46), a belt that cost Kshs. 50,000 ($387), and a wrist watch that cost Kshs. 900,000 ($6,963).

โ€œAll this is happening in a nation without medicine for the poor, without food for the poor, and without education for some poor kids. Kenya requires a revolution. Poor Kenyans need redemption. Kenya requires immediate positive changes,โ€ stated Kinity.

Dr. Kinity who is a Counselor and Human Rights Activist, Chairman of the Kikimo Foundation for Corruption and Poverty Eradication added that chapter six of the Kenyan Constitution should be adhered to and Kenyans work towards electing leaders who are clean.

He stated that the biggest problems in Kenya are the looters of public funds and the political power brokers, most of whom are the offspring of the colonial chiefs and the offspring of the colonial homeguards who have never experienced any suffering since childhood.

At every election cycle, Dr Kinity said the looters of public funds and their political power brokers join hands after sharing the 5 year loot, to fool Kenyans with falsehood of the political experience (as an essential tool for governance), the looters of public funds have had in their many years of service in the past 5 different administrations which have not only been notorious of looting public funds and grabbing land but which have also had the experience of silencing Kenyans when they cry for help.
