Epson has reinforced its commitment to environmental innovation and corporate responsibility with the second phase of its โ€œOur Actionsโ€ campaign. The campaign highlights real progress in Epsonโ€™s sustainability journey, including its global transition to 100% renewable electricity and efforts to reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations.

In 2023, Epson became the first company in Japanโ€™s manufacturing sector to power all global Group sites with renewable electricity, a key milestone in its goal of becoming carbon negative and resource-free by 2050. This transition spans production facilities, offices, and research sites worldwide, underscoring Epsonโ€™s mission to cut emissions across its entire value chain.

Beyond energy, Epson is transforming its logistics operations to be more sustainable. Initiatives include:

โ€œAt Epson, we do not believe in sustainability as a slogan. We see it as a daily responsibility. Our transition to renewable electricity and our decarbonisation efforts in logistics are just two examples of how we are acting on that responsibility. We are proud to share the progress we have made and reaffirm our vision for a more sustainable, equitable future.โ€ Said Epsonโ€™s Regional Head for East and West Africa, Mukesh Bector.

Epsonโ€™s โ€œOur Actionsโ€ campaign showcases the companyโ€™s philosophy of efficient, compact, and precise innovation. By embedding environmental responsibility into every aspect of its business, Epson continues to set benchmarks for positive impactโ€”helping industries and communities transition to a low-carbon future.
