In Summary

Jamaican-born, London-bred, and Kenyan-based former radio presenter and DJ Conrad Gray, popularly known as G Money, is unveiling his last show in Kenya, dubbed “Riddim Revival.”

Taking to his Instagram, G Money shared the new development with a series of promotional posts of his highly anticipated ‘last dance,’ going down on Saturday, 20th September 2025.

Additionally, G Money shared promotional videos from both Kenyan and Jamaican stars like Talia Oyando (Kenya), MC Gogo (Kenya), DJ Daffy (Kenya), Konshens, Cecile Charly Black, and Tarrus Riley.

According to G Money, this is his way of saying goodbye after years of togetherness through dancehall and reggae music.

G Money ended his stint as a radio presenter at Homeboyz Radio last year after 16 years of service.

His long stay in Kenya happened by fate; he had met veteran Kenyan DJ John Rabar in London, who sourced him to train radio presenters when Homeboyz Radio came into existence.

However, G Money ended up not only mentoring radio presenters but also distinguishing his name in media and the city’s nightlife. He previously hosted the Breakfast Show and also featured in countless gigs.

Popularly referred to as the ‘Dancehall Ambassador,’ G Money effortlessly promoted the dancehall culture, bridging the gap between Jamaica, London, and Nairobi.

G Money has also been the guy to go to whenever Jamaican artists are staging shows in Kenya.

He has brought in Jamaican artists like Konshens, Beenie Man, Cecile, Tarrus Riley, and Chris Martin, just to name a few.

Subsequently, G Money has also played a vital role in linking Kenyan artists with their Jamaican counterparts as far as collaborations are concerned.

Remember Cecile’s sure-fire collabo dubbed “She Say Dat” with Kenya’s Wyre, and how about Willy Paul and Alaine’s “I Do,” and the recent one between Arrow Bwoy and Chris Martin titled “Hapo”? G Money has been in the shadows for all these.

After his exodus at Homeboyz Radio, G Money disclosed that he will be joining London-based online station Robbo Ranx Radio.
