KCB Foundation carries out employment and education programs in the East and Central African Region. The Head Fundraising plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing fundraising efforts across the countries the Foundation works in. The person is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support and partnerships from various sources, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies. The role will collaborate closely with the Foundation and KCB Group teams, stakeholders, and key donors to advance the organizationโ€™s mission and achieve fundraising goals. This is a key leadership role within the organization, driving philanthropic growth and impact across multiple countries. This individualโ€™s dedication, strategic vision, and fundraising expertise are essential to advancing the Foundationโ€™s mission and creating positive change for the communities served.
