Applicant should hold Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Health, Human Resource Management, or related field.

Strong knowledge of research governance, compliance, and donor regulations.iv. Proven experience in research management, grants administration, andcompliance with international funders.v. At least 7 yearsโ€™ relevant experience, with 3 years in senior management withinresearch or donor-funded programs.vi. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site clinical trials, surveillance studies, orlarge-scale research programs.vii. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and report-writing skills.viii. Proficiency in MS Office, grants management systems, and research databases
