Prophet Carmel, the husband of Reverend Lucy Natasha, has addressed the viral photos matching outfits with his spiritual daughter.

Recently, the Canada-based Indian preacher shared photos wearing matching outfits with Karen Rajan, accompanied by a heartwarming message, celebrating her birthday.

Carmel described Karen as his “major spiritual daughter” and a “rare gift to the kingdom”. The photos of the two went viral, eliciting mixed reactions, forcing Natasha to speak.

Days later, Karen and Carmel went on a dinner date to celebrate her birthday, and also wore matching outfits. The two were accompanied by two other family members and were all smiles as they posed for photos.

After the viral photos, some claimed that the man of God was allegedly cheating on Natasha with the peng lady.

However, Carmel has come out to share the truth about matching clothes with Karen, his “major spiritual daughter”. During a recent sermon, Carmel took time to address the cheating claims, setting the record straight on the viral photos.

He said that he has beautiful spiritual daughters, and whenever he steps out with them, many get jealous.

In another story, Prophet Carmel revealed that he came across Natasha’s preaching video on Instagram back in 2017 and was attracted to her.

He said that he sent her a DM, but she ignored him for two years until they met physically in the USA and started talking.

The lovebirds got married in a traditional wedding in January 2022. They held their white wedding in Kerala, India, in May 2025.
