The Michael Olunga Football Academy (MOFA) has entered into a new partnership with Maseno School, further cementing its role in nurturing young football talent across the country.

The agreement was formalized during a visit by MOFA Director of Sports and Technical Director, Aol Omondi, who underscored the academyโ€™s commitment to balancing sports excellence with academic growth.

โ€œThis collaboration is about giving young players the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to excel both on the field and in the classroom,โ€ said Omondi.

Maseno School Chief Principal Peter Otieno welcomed the move, noting that his passion for both sports and academics aligns with MOFAโ€™s mission. He said the partnership would provide students with an avenue to showcase their talents while remaining focused on their studies.

Maseno School, widely regarded as one of the countryโ€™s giants in both sports and academics, now joins a growing list of institutions working with MOFA, including St. Maryโ€™s Yala, Kisumu Day, Ringa Boys, St. Josephโ€™s Kitale, St. Josephโ€™s Rapogi, and Magina Girls.

Through these collaborations, MOFA provides mentorship, modern training equipment, and scholarships aimed at supporting holistic student-athlete development.

Founded by Harambee Stars captain Michael Olunga, the academy has positioned itself as a driving force in grassroots football, with its school partnerships seen as a pipeline for nurturing disciplined and skilled players for the future.
