Geoffrey Mosiria, Nairobi Countyโ€™s Chief Officer for Environment, has issued a heartfelt appeal to popular YouTuber Director Trevor, urging him to reconcile with his former partner and longtime collaborator, Eve Mungai.

In a recent video, Mosiria stressed the importance of forgiveness, mutual growth, and not allowing temporary circumstances to break long-term bonds.

โ€œDo not abandon your own for a passing convenience,โ€ he cautioned, invoking an old proverb.

According to Mosiria, Director Trevor confided in him about the circumstances of the breakup. He explained that Mungai walked away after her career gained traction and she began receiving widespread attention, believing she no longer needed Trevorโ€™s support.

Mosiria, however, noted what he described as possible signs of regret from Mungai in her recent online activityโ€”though he admitted he could not confirm their authenticity.

He also warned that while online encouragement can seem comforting at first, it often fades quickly because โ€œdigital communities lack lasting commitment.โ€

Directly addressing Mungai, Mosiria said he had already spoken to Trevor about the possibility of forgiving her and working together again.

โ€œIf truly you are struggling with your social media and income, I asked Trevor to forgive you so you can return and work together,โ€ he said.

He described Trevor as a skilled โ€œbuilder and branderโ€ who could once again position Mungai for success across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Mosiria appealed to Trevor to โ€œcreate spaceโ€ for her, even if he had moved on personally, and to restore her access to former platforms as a way of rebuilding her brand.

Beyond the Trevorโ€“Mungai breakup, Mosiria also issued broader advice to young women navigating fame and relationships.

โ€œWhen you achieve success, do not abandon the man who stood by you,โ€ he warned.

He cautioned that chasing fleeting attention from other men or social media often ends in exploitation and regret, leaving women to wonder why they abandoned the person who supported their rise.

Director Trevor and Eve Mungaiโ€”two of Kenyaโ€™s most prominent content creatorsโ€”ended their six-year relationship in early 2024. Their split not only made headlines but also sparked conversations about love, loyalty, and business partnerships in the age of digital fame.
