Prezzo, a young Kamba contractor and influencer, is in mourning weeks after holding a grand housewarming ceremony.

Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti was among the high-profile guests captivated by the impressive bungalow built by the young entrepreneur, whose real name is Alex Davis.
The skilled contractor, celebrated for his exceptional moulding work, hosted an elaborate housewarming ceremony at his Ukambani residence, drawing notable figures such as Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Wavinya.
In a show of grandeur, Prezzo arrived with his family in style before Kalonzo officially cut the ribbon to open the home.

The grey-and-white bungalow boasts a dramatic jutted roof design, brown asphalt shingles, patterned black-and-white cabro paving, and decorative stone landscaping. Within the expansive compound are additional uniquely designed structures, further showcasing Prezzoโs craftsmanship and architectural flair. However, the glitz and glamour have been overshadowed by tragedy.
On Sunday August 10, Prezzo announced his grandmother’s death. He shared a photo with his arm strung over her shoulder.
On Monday, August 11, Prezzo shared another photo of his grandmother. The photo showed the elderly woman sitting outside a house with a cat. She donned African-inspired attire and a headwrap.
The posts, coming in the backdrop of the housewarming party, caught the attention of many social media users.
