Samsung Electronics East Africa has launched its most advanced television yet, the 2025 NEO QLED 100-inch AI TV (S-QA100QN80FUXKE), in Kenya.

The flagship model sets a new standard for large-screen home entertainment, combining cutting-edge display technology with the power of Samsung’s Vision AI platform.

The unveiling took place at the Glee Hotel in Nairobi under the bold tagline “Vision AI is here, The Next Big Thing in Television.” The event showcased how Samsung’s latest innovation pushes the boundaries of immersive viewing and smart connectivity.

To ensure peace of mind, the new model comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty when purchased through authorised dealers. Customers also receive professional installation, priority servicing in major cities, and access to Samsung’s nationwide service network. Support channels include Samsung’s 24/7 call centre, the Samsung Members app, and certified partners.

The Samsung NEO QLED 100-inch AI TV is now available in Kenya through Samsung’s flagship stores, authorised dealers, and select retail partners. The recommended retail price (RRP) is KES 699,000.
