The Finacle Support Manager will be based at the Head Office, reporting directly to the Business Systems Support Manager. The position requires a strong mix of technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills. As the custodian of the Finacle CBS across the bankโ€™s branches and headquarters, you will be expected to implement, configure, support, and maintain the system to ensure continuous availability and peak performance.

The role is dynamic and multifaceted. It encompasses technical responsibilities such as system testing, patch management, and troubleshooting, as well as business-focused activities like stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and supporting fraud investigations.
