Socialite Vera Sidika has hit back at critics after flaunting her brand new KSh 18 million Range Rover, saying Kenyans are too shocked by small wins.

“Paid in full. No loans. No hire purchase. Just managing this Rover… they’re shook.”

The mother of two said if she was in other countries, she wouldn’t even go for a Range Rover:

“If I lived elsewhere I wouldn’t even buy a Range Rover. Probably Bentley, Lambo etc. in Kenya if I bought a Bentley it would get people in ICU.”

Days ago, Vera Sidika fired back at assumptions that her car was leases and that the photoshoot was an advertisement deal.

Vera Sidika claimed she’s the only celebrity in Kenya with a genuine new-shape Range Rover not facelifted, hired, or on loan. She added that her car photoshoot bill alone could buy a small car.

In a question and answer session with a fan, the socialite revealed that although she is known for frequently travelling by air, she intends to make a genuine effort to use her new vehicle.

Vera surprised fans with the purchase of the multi-million SUV on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, just days after she laughed off online reports suggesting that she had gone broke and disappeared from the limelight.
